About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Redirect calls to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
3. Maintain a log of all incoming calls and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
4. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
5. Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and company policies.
6. Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments as needed.
7. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
