About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer consultation: Engage with existing customers to understand their challenges and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
2. Customer engagement: Increase platform adoption by providing training sessions and one-on-one consultations.
3. Problem-solving: Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, which may include process enhancements, system upgrades, or additional training for users.
4. Marketing collaboration: Assist the marketing team in creating customer testimonials, blogs, and case studies to highlight success stories and best practices.
5. Feedback sharing: Act as a bridge between customers and the product development team by sharing valuable insights that can accelerate product enhancements and ensure customer success.
