About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Customer Interaction:
1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and chat channels.
2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and technical concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Effectively communicate technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner.

b. Technical Troubleshooting:
1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products or services.
2. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective solutions.
3. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.

c. Documentation:
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
2. Contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
