The customer service intern ensures that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. The customer service intern answers all the inquiries of customers, provides them with the requisite information, helps them in troubleshooting, and addresses their complaints.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer calls from customers to tell them about the services of the company, handle orders, and resolve their queries and complaints in a timely manner
2. Keep the database of customers up to date and correct errors in it
3. Process orders of customers, issue invoices, and dispatch the orders on time
4. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
5. Follow up with customers for documents and timely payment
6. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
7. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

Competencies and Skills Required:
1. Ability to as a liaison between customers and the client company
2. Good communication and listening skills are patient and attentive as well
3. The candidate must be a quick learner so that he can have complete knowledge of the product
4. A good command of English and fluency are also prerequisites for this role
5. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
6. Time management skills

8. Data entry and basic computer skills
9. Ability to listen and have active problem-solving skills
