As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions
3. Assisting customers with product recommendations and providing information about our services
4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
5. Conducting follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to customers
7. Providing feedback to management to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
8. Updating of customer details in the order form
