About the internship
As a Customer Support Specialist for our CRM and ERP systems, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, assisting them with any queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will use your technical expertise and customer service skills to provide guidance on our software's functionalities and resolve user issues, contributing to customer satisfaction and product success.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide front-line support for customers using our CRM and ERP platforms by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
3. Guide users on platform functionality to ensure they understand system capabilities.
4. Assist with onboarding new clients by setting up accounts and guiding them through essential features.
5. Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on best practices and optimal platform usage.
6. Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to assist customers with self-service.
7. Record and track customer interactions and issues in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
8. Identify and document common issues to help develop proactive solutions.
9. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve user experience and resolve customer issues effectively.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per lead generation).
