Responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Assist the Customer Success managers in the onboarding process for new clients ,ensuring they are fully integrated and comfortable using our services. Prepare onboarding materials and help conduct introductory sessions for new users. Create assessments, sending invites, answering queries on emails. Data Management: Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database to ensure all customer interactions and details are logged accurately. Analyze customer usage data to identify patterns and insights that can be used to improve our services. Feedback Collection: Assist in the development and implementation of feedback mechanisms to gather meaningful insights from customers. Compile and report feedback to the Customer Success team to help refine strategies and improve customer experiences. Contribute to the creation of educational content and resources that help customers maximize the value of our services. Educational Requirements Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
