About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Being the face of the brand by talking and engaging with customers in real-time
2. Problem-solving by understanding customer pain points, complaints, and problems and providing suitable solutions that benefit both parties
3. Listening actively to customers, passing on feedback to relevant teams, and ensuring good feedback is acknowledged
4. Analyzing data gathered through phone calls and data points to identify pain points, user journeys, and corrective action items
5. Coordinating to ensure end-to-end closure of action items
