About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers.
2. Support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of company products.
3. Provide remote and on-site technical support under supervision.
4. Document customer interactions, solutions provided, and recurring issues.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems.
