About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolve any customer/merchant issues with the available resources
2. Speak to merchants to understand and address queries/concerns around integrations/transactions
3. Assist merchants/customers to complete pending activations on request
4. Review the open tickets assigned and reply to queries related to the tickets on payment gateway transactions
5. Monitor transactions to identify risk/fraud
6. Escalate transaction-related discrepancies with the partners/vendors
7. Reconcile transactions and refunds with the Vendors
8. Analyse failed payments for a merchant and provide them transaction reports to help them understand the payment insights and enhance their business
9. Manage all payment gateway transactions and settlements
