About the internship

The intern would be responsible for providing knowledgeable, courteous, and professional assistance to our customers via telephone, email, website, and social media platforms. The customer service should be friendly, professional, and personalized at all times, the role would also have active community engagement and influence using various online platforms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on professionally handling the incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
2. Work on thoroughly and efficiently gathering customer information, access, and fulfilling customer needs, educating the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts, and documenting interactions through contact tracking
3. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing orders, and product assistance & troubleshooting

Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 11th Jan'21 and 15th Feb'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

5. have relevant skills and interests

2. Must have a demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

3. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing English

4. Must have a "thick skin" and must be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers

5. Must have a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude

6. Must love the outdoors and have an active lifestyle

7. Being a cyclist is a plus
