About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing allotment and agreement letters
2. Demanding letters as per the schedule/agreement, SOA/MIS on excel/software
3. Working on banking documents such as NOC, demand notes, break-up letters, etc. as per the bank s requirement
4. Preparing invoices as per the timelines specified in the marketing and sales agreement
5. Coordinating between customer and site requirements
6. Conducting follow-ups with the sales team for closure of payments and agreements
7. Working on close follow-ups for outstanding payments
8. Maintaining records of accounts receivable (both on the ERP platform and excel)
