About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact with customers through calls and e-mails
2. Maintain customer records by updating call/account information in the CRM
3. Recommend potential products, services, and features to customers by analyzing customer needs
4. Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on every conversation
5. Sending regular follow-ups
6. Work with the team, maintain a team spirit and positive energy at work
