About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting client's queries over email & call
2. Training people over a call or via video call
3. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the client's issues
4. Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a BPO.
