About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone
2. Resolve customer issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
3. Communicate with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order processing
4. Track and update customer orders in our system
5. Maintain accurate customer records and order history
6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
