About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating and helping the customer in resolving all their queries
2. Communicating with current and prospective customers and answer questions regarding current promotions and new or upgraded products
3. Maintaining DB of customer complaints and queries and get the issues resolved
4. Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
5. Preparing reports on sales activities (track sales) for B2B clients
