Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide customer support via phone and email
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
3. Troubleshoot customer complaints
4. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Manage customer order fulfillment
6. Track customer orders and shipments
7. Process customer payments
