Customer Service Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide superior customer experience on emails
2. Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate
3. Ensure the best possible solutions to the customer
4. Deliver to the customer, employees and shareholder metrics as per goals
5. Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, service levels, based on customer demands
6. Meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times
7. Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
8. Take quick decisions and respond to customer inquiries.
9. He/She must be able to join ASAP.
