About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound calls of customers and placing orders as per customer request
2. Making outbound calls to customers advising them of changes in medical prescription orders if any
3. Providing constant support on emails if required
4. Providing general information on the status of the customer's order
5. Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
