About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller
2. Understand customer's requirements and provide complete and accurate information
3. Communicate effectively with customers
4. Assign case to another queue with proper justification
5. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
6. Escalate customer problems to the team lead which needs immediate attention
