Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Communicate with customers through emails and chat
3. Know our product inside and out so that you can answer questions
4. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
