Customer Service Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Confer with customers by telephone, emails or in-person in order to provide first-hand information about products and services
2. Document all customer interactions and transactions related to inquiries, payments, and requests, as well as actions taken
3. Verify the completeness of the insurance forms, process the changes through any additions or deletions of clients data through TPAs
4. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve clients requests or queries
5. Review insurance policy terms in order to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance
6. Notify the clients of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments and ensure appropriate services till the end of claim settlement
7. Solicit sale of new or additional products or services to the existing or new clients or by way of cross selling to the employees of the clients
