Customer Service Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Receiving calls regarding orders and queries from customers
2. Checking the company e-mail for food or cake orders, and confirming the orders with the customers
3. Assigning delivery agents to the orders and tracking orders until they successfully reach the customers, all the while updating customers about the status of their orders
4. Conveying details of the order to the staff in the restaurant/kitchen
5. Making sure the customer receives their order in time
6. Contacting customers for feedback and coming up with solutions if the customers are dissatisfied with their orders
