About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attracting potential customers by answering their individual queries and service related questions
2. Maintaining customer records by updating in system
3. Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
4. Determining the cause of the problem
5. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
6. Engaging with users through reviews, emails, and phone calls
