About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create general and special shipments by retrieving the rates
2. Receive, evaluate and administer update requests from the customers
3. Monitor booking issuance in terms of allocation, CL2, booking instructions from SST
4. Follow-up with customers for bookings (for missing details)
5. Retrieve revenue from FIS RA and create additional charges according to local tariff
6. Coordinate with sales and sales support for pending/missing RA
7. Liaise with operations and sales
8. Attend to customer request over phone and email, politely and timely
9. Prompt handling of customer queries in common mail box
10. Handle changes and/or corrections to bills of lading and/or corrections to the bills of lading that at are required based on customer feedback and/or government regulations
11. Handle urgent SWB requests from customers
12. Attend to all internal and external email promptly
Earn certifications in these skills

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 14th Feb'20 and 15th Mar'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
