Go4fresh is looking for a Customer Service intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a bilingual (Hindi-Proficient) individual with MS-Office and MS-Excel skills to gain experience in a high-growth tech start-up.
As an intern at Go4fresh, you will have the opportunity to work directly with customers to provide an excellent customer service experience. Your work will be essential in helping the company exceed customer expectations and improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
2. Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and email
3. Create customer profiles and maintain customer information
4. Research customer requests and provide solutions
5. Identify customer needs and offer additional products and services
6. Take part in other customer service-related projects
