AstroTalk is an online platform for astrology and Kundli predictions from the best astrologers in India. Users can talk to an astrologer on call or chat with them live. They can also opt for a complete annual astrological report or just post a question on astrology. Astrology questions could be of any subject from marriage or love life to career or health.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries
3. Communicating with customers through various channels
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
10. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
11. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 25th Nov'20 and 30th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
