Customer Service Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the profile of walk-in customers and help them with appropriate suggestions and selection of board games
2. Setting up of game table while ensuring the safety and comfort of the customers
3. Explaining the game rules and house rules to the patrons and assist them for any support required (for games and/or F&B)
4. Maintaining consistent & accurate service and ensuring positive guest relations while maintaining their privacy
5. Ensuring hassle-free and delightful experience for customers
6. Timely coordination with respective staff members for resolution of non-game related queries (F&B, billing, etc.)
7. Ensuring seamless execution and satisfactory customer experience for corporate events, birthday parties, and similar events
8. Ensuring timely and effective execution of daily operational activities
