About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end support process for an in-house after-sales service CRM tool
2. Manage and create detailed bug/issue reports and tickets that are clear and concise
3. Aid in troubleshooting product issues, replicating bugs and identifying root causes
4. Coordinate the escalation and resolution of high-priority bugs which has a business impact
5. Stay flexible with timings especially addressing & resolving the critical defects
6. Collect and document all relevant user feedback
7. Report updates in a timely manner to users along with expected timelines and action plan

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
