About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on email drafting
2. Working on sending emails
3. Performing quotes/PPT design
4. Replying to customer queries through email or call
5. Conducting market and data research
6. Creating social media posts
7. Performing social media management
8. Ensuring team coordination
9. Answering inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

1. Knowing the USA/UK/Canada processes
2. Should be able to join immediately
3. Previous internship/job experience in customer service would be preferred

Additional information:

1. Work from home available
2. Part-time/full-time: both options are available
3. Early morning + evening shift/night shift
