1. Anyone who has ever worked in any US/UK/India process inbound or outbound in any international BPO/KPO
2. Or, if you are a graduate and have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
3. If you're proficient in oral communication in Kannada
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills
5. A good listener- having the patience to listen to the problem/requirement to pitch the right solution to the prospect
6. Very basic understanding of the internet, like what are domain names, hosting, servers, etc. rest training will be provided
7. Knowledge of any CRM, chat tools and the technical interface is a plus point
8. Ability to learn new tool as and when required
9. Team player with the ability to learn new things
