We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic customer success engineer (intern) to join our dynamic team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for graduates with a background in engineering or commerce who are passionate about customer satisfaction and have a knack for technical problem-solving.
1. Customer Support: Assist in providing technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone
2. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our products and services
3. Data Analysis: Use SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to analyze customer data, generate reports, and provide insights that contribute to customer success
4. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with the product team to implement changes
5. Documentation: Help maintain and update customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and support materials
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success, sales, and product teams
