About the internship

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic customer success engineer (intern) to join our dynamic team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for graduates with a background in engineering or commerce who are passionate about customer satisfaction and have a knack for technical problem-solving.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Support: Assist in providing technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone
2. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our products and services
3. Data Analysis: Use SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets to analyze customer data, generate reports, and provide insights that contribute to customer success
4. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with the product team to implement changes
5. Documentation: Help maintain and update customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and support materials
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success, sales, and product teams

Other requirements

1. Education: Possess a graduate degree in engineering or commerce.

2. Experience: 0–1 years of experience in product support or related roles.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency and hands on experience in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

6. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their success with our products and services.

7. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and between cross functional teams.
