About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels, including surveys, emails, social media, and direct interactions.
2. Compile feedback data into meaningful reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to advocate for customer needs and drive product/service enhancements.
4. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
5. Help create and maintain feedback collection mechanisms, such as surveys, feedback forms, and feedback loops.
6. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and focus groups to gather firsthand insights and build relationships with customers.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities related to customer success and feedback management.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.

4. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.

5. Experience with survey tools, data analysis software, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
