Customer Success Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help customers on-board seamlessly on true caller's enterprise product with complete process compliance
2. Understand customer needs or demands and ensure customers are serviced in a timely manner
3. Manage churn across customers
4. Develop and maintains customer relationships, ensuring that all assigned customer accounts are obtaining value and being responsible for customer satisfaction
5. Understand product feedback from customers and share the same with product team for evaluation and action
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for sales upgrades and cross-sells
7. Monitor processes and performance trends, contribute towards continuous improvement, and take corrective action, as necessary
