About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Resolving daily tickets (non-voice) through Slack and Freshchat
2. Maintaining first response time on tickets
3. Understanding the products being provided to restaurant partners in order to help them with their queries
4. Working with the team for ticket escalations and adhering to processes set in place

Note:

1. Work in one out of 3 shifts (rotational) (9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, 4 PM - 1 AM)
2. The intern will be provided with one weekly off day
3. Based on performance, the opportunity to convert the internship into a full-time offer at an increased package at the end of 2 months (1 month in case of exceptional performance)
4. Applicants must have a working laptop with themselves with good internet connectivity
