About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with clients and resolve their queries timely through calls, chat, email, remote desk, etc.
2. Resolve tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain the productivity
3. Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions
4. Assist with a variety of internal projects aimed at improving the product and user experience for our customers and/or improve the efficiency of the team

Requirements:

1. Excellent command of typing

Skill(s) required

CSS Google Suite (G Suite) HTML MS-Excel MS-Word
Earn certifications in these skills
