As a customer success specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with onboarding, support, and issue resolution while proactively engaging with clients to maximize the value of our product/service.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Guides onboarding: Helping customers learn and use the product/service.
2. Manages relationships: Acting as a main contact for customer inquiries.
3. Provides support: Resolving issues and offers solutions.
4. Gathers feedback: Collecting customer insights and suggestions.
5. Aids upselling/cross-selling: Identifying opportunities for additional offerings.
6. Focuses on retention: Working to ensure customers renew their subscriptions.
7. Analyzes data: Tracking interactions and evaluating customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborates across teams: Working with other departments to address customer needs.
9. Communicates proactively: Keeping customers informed about updates and features.
10. Adapts and advocates: Adjusting quickly and representing customer needs within the company.
Location: IIT Bombay, Mumbai
