About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking feedback from the customers on a regular basis
2. Following up with customers for payments
3. Following up with customers for any further information
4. Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge
5. Coordinating with the sales and support team
6. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers
7. Maintaining records of all follow-ups and status

Skills & Requirements:

1. Any UG/PG degree
2. A degree in information technology, computer science, or a relevant field will be an added advantage
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
4. A customer-oriented individual
5. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
6. A quick learner with an exceptional ability to make decisions
