About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Consult with existing and prospective customers to identify the current state of their docking station programs, document current pain points, and collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with FlytBase's solutions.
2. Work closely with the business team, on opportunity qualification, demonstrations, proof-of-concept presentations, RFP responses, and business justification in a presales capacity.
3. Grow customers into FlytBase advocates and accelerate adoption through engagement strategies, training, and consultation.
4. Conduct analyses to determine the best paths for solving business problems and opportunities, which may include process improvements, system enhancements, user training on FlytBase's products, and integrations with third-party applications.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct group training webinars and in-person sessions to educate customers on FlytBase's platform.
6. Work with Marketing on customer testimonials, blogs, and case studies.
7. Share crucial feedback from customers to help accelerate product development and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
8. Address customer issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Interact with customers across various channels such as phone, email, and social media, ensuring that all valid customer concerns are promptly addressed.

3. Client Relations: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer success
