About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure a seamless user experience
3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and drive product enhancements
5. Developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive user adoption and retention
6. Assisting with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition to our platform
7. Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and tracking key performance indicators to measure success

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (an MBA will be a plus)

2. Excellent communication skills in English

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

4. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently

5. Basic understanding of SaaS products and customer lifecycle

6. Good to have: Prior experience in customer-facing roles (support, success, or sales) or familiarity with the KSA business ecosystem
