About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client service & Relationship Building: Meeting the needs of clients and customers, developing & maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
2. Revenue generation: Working to generate revenue for clients and the company. Develop proposals to offer new areas of growth for their client and ensure commercial win-win propositions for both parties.
3. Client retention: Developing strategies to retain business from existing clients
4. Scope, Commercial & Contract negotiation: Ensure that the terms of business are scoped out well in a manner to ensure smooth functioning of the account
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Working with other teams internally to ensure programs are delivering high output in the shortest period of time.
6. CRM system implementation: Ensure all account updates are in the internal CRM system
7. Presentation development: Developing and delivering presentations on performance of a program to a client or insights on growth across various marketing facets
8. Onboarding new clients: Develop strong processes to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Note: Minimum 1 year experience in this role.
