About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding the merchants
2. Assisting the customer success team with handling customer queries via ticketing tool & support chat
3. Contributing to building and strengthening our operations processes
4. Reporting for onboarding & customer support
5. Handling escalations from customers
6. Building a strong knowledge base for the customers and helping in improving their product adoption
7. Representing the voice of the customer to proactively provide input and feedback to sales, product, finance, tech, and other departments
