Selected intern's day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Working on strategic priorities and hence resulting initiatives under the guidance of more experienced team members
2. Taking ownership for assigned deliverables to ensure completion as per expected quality norms within pre-decided timelines
3. Getting exposure towards strategic initiatives which could range across market research, interfacing with external stakeholders to understand service offerings, etc.
4. Developing and presenting strategic options using appropriate decision frameworks
5. Interfacing with colleagues across functional domains to roll out strategic projects
Note: We are a fast-paced startup; any interns we hire will be expected to display an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to get things done. Our intent is to hire the interns as long as they meet the performance expectations and demonstrate the drive & passion for the domain and our business.
Candidates with fluency in South Indian Languages will be preferred.
