Job Title: Technical Customer Support Engineer
Location: Khopat, Thane, 400601
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused professional to provide world-class service, handle inquiries, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Act as the primary customer contact, delivering exceptional service.
2. Inquiry Handling: Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and trends.
4. Customer Experience Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements for customer experience.
5. Technical Support: Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, orders, and returns.
6. Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
7. Post-Purchase Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-purchase for satisfaction.
8. Reporting: Generate reports on customer satisfaction and improvements.
9. Training: Train new customer service representatives if needed.
10. Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred
2. Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
5. Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
