About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services
2. Inform customers about new features and functionalities
3. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
4. Maintain customer s account details in a proper manner
5. Generate leads and work on CRM tools and functions like Zoho, etc.
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
7. Handle customer queries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
8. Gather customer feedback and share it with the sales and IT team
