About the internship: We're looking for a customer-focused and positive customer service associate intern who can take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer requests and deliver prompt resolution primarily through mail and chat channels. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing client school feedback calls to all client schools and recording
2. Working on tele-calling (partially)
3. Providing support to client schools
4. Working on client executive tasks and counseling
5. Handling customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat giving prompt answers to customer questions
6. Providing knowledgeable help to customers and going the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries
7. Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
Requirements:
1. Good documentation skills
2. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage
3. Earn certifications in these skills
4. Learn business communication
