About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally
2. Providing accurate information about our astrology services and guiding customers through the platform
3. Resolving customer issues, escalating problems when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
5. Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
