Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Jul'24 and 11th Sep'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Graduate or Final Year Student: Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
4. Tech-savvy: Be comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication tools. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Empathy: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
