As a customer support intern, your role will be to support the Truecaller for Business customers regarding the technical queries on the Truecaller product.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer queries and close customer tickets via email
2. Ensure SLA & CSAT
3. Upgrade your skills constantly on the Truecaller for Business product and the features
4. Demonstrate technical and debugging knowledge of the issues
5. Work independently and own the raised matter till closure
6. Work with data, generate and analyze reports
